I created this install using the US/Canada ISO from: https://archive.org/details/ms-winnt40-ts

To install:

- Create a FAT16 partition on the drive of your choice
- Extract winnt4tse.zip (with path) into root directory
- Boot from boot1.img (floppy)
- Insert/load boot2.img and boot3.img when requested
