Options for Managing Power
The follwoing sections describe the different ways that authorized users can perform power management through the KVM/netPlus.

Controlling Power Through the WMI IPDU Power Management Forms
Through the WMI’s IPDU Power Management form, authorized users can perform power management on any device plugged into a PM connected to the AUX 1 port. Administrators must configure users for IPDU power management.

Controlling Power While Connected to KVM Ports
Authorized users can perform power management while connected to servers through KVM ports by using the Power Management options on the Access window or by using a keyboard shortcut that brings up a power management screen on the OSD for local users. The default keyboard shortcut while connected through the OSD is Ctrl+k p.
