Thanks

I do not officially archive this list, I do however have a file that
I keep most traffic in up to this time. It's not alot but it's the
most important stuff. I did not save anything such as thanks, hello
and stuff like that, mostly just stuff that talked about certain
issues.
Thanks,
Ray Kopp

Subject:USR Web Site From: John LaCour - USR <jlacour@usr.com> Date: 1996-08-09 00:00:35
Dear USR TC users,
USR is expanding its web site to include a focus on support and services for the
network systems division products which include the Total Control Enterprise WAN
Hub.
As part of site development, we'd like to get feedback from you about what you'd
like to see on the web site.
So if you're likely to use the web as a support and service tool, please take a
minute or two and drop me a note with your thoughts about would make a Web site
useful to you - the networking professional.
Just in case you might need some help developing your comments, we have a few
questions that we are especially interested in:
1) Which web sites do you visit for technical support and what features/content
do you use?
2) What single feature of a web site is most important to you? (some examples:
software/firmware, bug info, documentation, application notes, info on new
products, etc.)
3) What do you dislike most about other web sites? (slow, not enough content,
poor aesthetics or site flow)
Feel free to comment on any aspect of support and service web sites or any USR
online offering.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Best Regards,
John LaCour
