Use the SNMP Access tab of the Monitor folder to view information about attempts to gain unauthorized SNMP access to the devices in the security domain.
The following table describes the parts of the SNMP Access tab.
Part
Description
Device
Shows the IP address or hostname of the device.
InBadCommunityNames
The total number of SNMP messages delivered to the SNMP protocol entity that used an SNMP community name not known to said entity.
InBadCommunityUses
The total number of SNMP messages delivered to the SNMP protocol entity that represented an SNMP operation not allowed by the SNMP community named in the message.
