Creating security domains

To create a new security domain:

1. In the navigation pane, select the Security Domains folder.
2. On the Toolbar, click Insert (the plus sign).

The Security Manager - New Domain dialog box opens.

3. In the Domain Name box, type a name for the new security domain.
4. In the device list, choose the devices that you want to be in the new security domain. You can use Shift+click and Ctrl+click to select multiple devices.
5. Click OK

Security Manager creates a new security domain containing the selected devices. Note: After creating a security domain, you must set the RWA community for the domain before you can use the security domain. For more information, see Setting security domain properties.
