You can specify the RIP version to use on interfaces configured to send (supply) or receive (listen to) RIP updates.
Note:
The AuthType and AuthKey parameters are not supported.
To configure the RIP version:

The table below describes the Configuration tab fields.
Address
The IP address of the router interface.
Domain
The value inserted into the Routing Domain field of all RIP packets sent on this interface.
AuthType
The type of authentication used on this interface.
AuthKey
The value to be used as the Authentication Key whenever the corresponding instance of rip2IfConfAuthType has a value other than noAuthentication.
Send
What the router sends on this interface (selected from a pull-down menu):
The default is rip1compatible.
Receive
Indicates which versions of RIP updates are to be accepted:
The default is rip1OrRip2. Note that rip2 and rip1OrRip2 imply reception of multicast packets.
