Configuring L3 IGMP

Layer 3 (L3) IGMP is set on a single port or VLAN. In order for IGMP parameters to take effect, you must enable DVMRP globally and on the particular interface.

Use the IGMP tab to enable IGMP on a router interface. The IGMP tab has the same parameters for both ports or VLANs, and the parameters function the same way.

To open the L3 IGMP tab, do one of the following:

• From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > Port.

The Edit Port dialog box opens with the L3 IGMP tab displayed.

• From the Device Manager menu bar, choose VLAN > VLANs > Basic > IP > L3 IGMP.
