DHCP, Insert Globals dialog box items
AgentAddr
IP address of the input interface (agent) on which the relaying of received BootP/DHCP packets must be enabled.
ServerAddr
This parameter is either the IP address of the BootP/DHCP server or the address of another local interface of the switch.
- If it is the address of the BootP/DHCP server, then the request is unicast to the server's address.
- If the address is one of the IP addresses of an interface on the switch, then the BootP/DHCP requests are broadcast out of that local interface.
Enable
Enables BootP/DHCP relay on the routing switch.
Mode

- In the ServerAddr box, type in the server address.
- Click Enable to turn on BootP/DHCP relay, or click Enable to clear the option.
