Configuring the Basic tab for IP protocol-based VLANs

To configure an IP protocol-based VLAN:

  1. In the Basic tab, click IP.
    2. The IP, VLAN dialog box opens with the IP Address tab displayed.
  2. In the IP Address tab, click Insert.
    3. The Insert IP Address dialog box opens.
  3. In the IP Address field, type an IP address.
  4. In the NetMask field, type the mask for routing.
  5. Click Insert.
