Enabling statistics (default)

To enable RMON statistics on a port basis:

  1. On the device view, right-click on the selected port.
    2. The port submenu opens.
  2. From the submenu, choose Enable Rmon Stats.

To verify that RMON statistics are enabled:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Rmon > Control.
    2. The RmonControl dialog box opens with the History tab displayed.
  2. Click the Ether Stats tab.
    3. The Ether Stats tab opens. Note that the default owner displayed is the host name on which Device Manager is running.
