Uploading a file using Device Manager

Note Note: The Passport 1000 Series does not support this feature.

To upload a Passport 8000 Series syslog file using Device Manager:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > File System.
    2. The FileSystem dialog box opens with the Copy File tab displayed.
  2. Enter the source address of the syslog file.
  3. Enter the destination address of the syslog file.
  4. Select the start radio button.
  5. Click Apply.
