Deleting a spanning tree group

Note Note: This information applies to Passport 8600 modules only.

To delete a spanning tree group:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose VLAN > STG.
    2. The STG dialog box opens with the Configuration tab active.
  2. Select the spanning tree group that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.

    Note Note: All VLANs must be deleted from a spanning tree group before you can remove the spanning tree group.
