Supported devices

Optivity Switch Manager currently supports the following products:

• BayStack 350, 410, and 450 switches (minimum software release 2.0.0)
• Passport 1000 Series switches (minimum software version 2.0.5.5)
• Passport 8100 modules (minimum software version 2.0.0)
• Passport 8600 modules (minimum software version 3.0.0)

In addition, Optivity Switch Manager discovers any device that supports the Bay Networks Autotopology Discovery protocol. You see these devices in the Optivity Switch Manager topology map but cannot configure or monitor them.
