Configuring BootP/DHCP Globally

Use the BOOTP/DHCP Globals tab when enabling the DHCP behavior globally on a Passport 1600 Series Layer 3 routing switch.

To globally enable BOOTP/DHCP:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > BOOTP/DHCP.
    2. The BOOTP_DHCP dialog box opens with the Globals tab displayed.
  2. Select enabled.
  3. Enter the appropriate values.
  4. Click Apply.
