Viewing virtual links on neighboring devices

You can check the Virtual Neighbor tab to view the area and virtual link configuration for the neighboring device.

To view the virtual neighbor:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > OSPF.
    2. The OSPF dialog box opens with the General tab displayed.
  2. Click the Virtual Neighbors tab.
    3. The Virtual Neighbors opens.
  3. To reduce the number of records selected, click Filter.
    4. The OSPF, Virtual Neighbors - Filter dialog box opens.
  4. Enter the filter criteria, click Filter.
    5. This allows user to display which kind of LSDB route entries he would like to display.
