Downloading firmware

To download the firmware:

  1. From the menu bar, choose Edit > File System.
    2. The FileSystem dialog box opens with the Firmware Download tab displayed.
  2. In the TftpServerIpAddress text box, specify the IP address of the TFTP server.
  3. In the PathAndFilename text box, specify the location where you wish to obtain the firmware.
  4. In the Action field, click download.
  5. Click Apply to start downloading the firmware.
    6. Note that after the firmware is downloaded, the switch will reboot.
