Configuring DNS Globally

Use the DNS Globals tab when enabling Domain Name Services globally on a Passport 1424T Routing switch.

To globally enable DNS:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > DNS.
    2. The DNS dialog box opens with the Globals tab displayed.
  2. Enter the appropriate values.
  3. Click Apply.
