This field specifies the hardware priority queue. The four hardware priority queues are identified by number, from 0 to 3, with the 0 queue being the lowest priority and 3 being the highest.

MaxPkts

This field specifies the maximum number of packets the priority queue will be allowed to transmit before allowing the next lowest priority queue to transmit its packets. A value between 0 and 255 can be specified.
Note: a value of 0 indicates that Qos Output Scheduling should be ignored.

MaxLatency
|
This field specifies the maximum amount of time the priority queue will be allowed to transmit packets before allowing the next lowest priority queue to begin transmitting its packets.
A value between 0 and 255 can be specified. The value is multiplied by 16 microseconds to arrive at the maximum time allowed for the queue to transmit packets.
Note: a value of 0 indicates that Qos Output Scheduling should be ignored.
