Adding QoS shapers

Device Manager lets you add QoS shapers.

For detailed information about traffic shaping, refer to Using the BayStack 470-48T 10/100/1000 Switch and Using Web-based Management for the BayStack 470-48T 10/100/1000 Switch.

To add a QoS shaper:

1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose QoS/COPS > QoS.

The QoS dialog box opens with the QoS action tab displayed.

2. Click the QoS Shapers tab.

The QoS shapers tab opens.

3. Click Insert.

The Insert QoS Shapers dialog box opens.

4. Enter the information and make the selections you want to use for this QoS shaper.
5. Click Insert.
