Associating the PVC with the VLAN

To associate a PVC with the VLAN:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > ATM.
    2. The Port dialog box opens with the ATM tab displayed.
  2. Click the ATM 1483 ELAN tab.
    3. The ATM 1483 ELAN tab opens.
  3. Click Insert.
    4. The Insert ATM 1483 ELAN dialog box opens.
  4. Do the following:
    1. In the Port field, click the button to view ports.
    2. Select the port for which you configured the ATM PVC.
    3. In the VlanId field, enter the VLAN Id you created.
    4. In the PvcIds field, enter the value for the PVC IDs you created.
    5. In the ConnectType field, select bridged.
  5. Click Insert.
    6. The Insert ATM 1483 ELAN dialog box closes, and the ATM 1483 ELAN tab is redisplayed.
  6. Click Close.
