Viewing and configuring priorities
The Passport 1424T Routing switch allows you to configure how a forwarded packet's priority value will be changed or maintained prior to transmitting the packet. You can specify how a packet's priority value will be written by the switch by DSCP, IEEE 802.1p bit, TCP or UDP port number, IP address, or MAC address.
To view and configure DSCP and IEEE 802.1p priorities:
- From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > QOS.

- Click the Configure Priority tab.

- Click Insert.
