Assigning an IP address to the MLT group

To assign an IP address to a MLT group:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose MLT > MLT.
    2. The MLT dialog box opens with the MultiLink Trunks tab displayed.
  2. Select the MLT Id that corresponds to the interface statistics you want to display.
  3. Click IP.
    4. The IP, MLT 1, (or specified interface) screen opens with the IP Address tab displayed.
  4. Click Insert
    5. The IP, MLT 1 (or specified interface), Insert IP Address dialog box opens.
  5. In the Insert IP Address dialog box, enter an IP address in the Ip Address field, then press the tab key to automatically assign the net mask.
  6. Click Insert
    7. The configured IP address and net mask appear in the IP, MLT IP Address tab.
