Enabling or disabling ARP on the routing interface

After you configure an IP address on a routing interface, you can configure ARP on that interface. By default, ARP Response is enabled and Proxy ARP is disabled.

To configure ARP on a routing interface:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > Port.
    2. The Port dialog box opens with the Interface tab displayed.

  2. Click the ARP tab.
    3. The ARP tab opens.
