Operation

Indicates the current operation:
- none - performs no operation.
- addTunnel - adds a tunnel to the tunnel group. In the TunnelList field, specify the number of the tunnel that you want to add.
- remTunnel - removes a tunnel from the tunnel group. In the TunnelList field, remove the numbers of the tunnels that you want to keep and leave the number of the tunnel that you want to remove.
