Power tab for a single port

Note: This Power tab is for setting Power over Ethernet (PoE) parameters per port. Refer to Editing and viewing switch PoE configurations., for information on setting PoE switch parameters. The PowerSupply tab on the Chassis dialog box, Power Supply tab, displays the status of the internal BayStack 460-24T-PWR switch power supply, as well as the optional, external DC power supply source (also refer to DC Source tab for a single unit). For more information on PoE functionality, refer to Using the BayStack 460-24T-PWR Switch.

The Power tab allows you to configure PoE power settings for a single port.

To view the Power tab:

1. Select the port you want to edit.
2. Do one of the following:
• Double-click the selected port
• From the shortcut menu, choose Edit.
• From the Device Manager main menu, choose Edit > Port.
• On the toolbar, click Edit.

The Port dialog box for a single port opens with the Interface tab displayed.

3. Click the Power tab.

The Power tab opens.
