Creating the forwarding profile

You can create a forwarding profile, a collection of port and destination pairs.

To create a forwarding profile:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > UDP Forwarding.
    2. The UDP_Forward dialog box opens.
  2. Click the Forwarding Lists tab.
    3. The Forwarding Lists tab opens.
  3. To add a new list, click Insert.
    4. When configuring UDP forwarding list entries, be sure to first configure the UDP forwarding list. Then, configure your UDP forwarding list entries and assign them to a UDP forwarding list. If you do not assign a UDP forwarding list entry to at least one UDP forwarding list, the UDP forwarding list will be lost after a reboot.

  4. In the Id text box, type the forwarding list Id.
  5. In the Name text box, type the name of the forwarding list (optional).
  6. The forwarding list is displayed in the FwdIdList text box.
