Formats for entering numeric values

When entering values for IP addresses, MAC addresses, or time, follow the guidelines in the following table.


Value type Format
IP address
Decimal (<xxx>.<xxx>.<xxx>.<xxx>)
MAC address
Hexadecimal (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)
Time
Based on the delta from the switch boot-up time.
