Enabling DVMRP globally

IGMP is set on a single port or VLAN. In order for IGMP parameters to take effect, DVMRP must be enabled globally and on the particular interface.

Use the Globals tab to set DVMRP global parameters.

To enable DVMRP globally:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > DVMRP.
    2. The DVMRP dialog box opens with the Globals tab displayed.
  2. Select the Enable check box.
  3. Click Apply.
