OSPF tab items

Item Description
Enable
If enabled, the network on this interface is advertised as up, even if the port is down. The interface state change will not be advertised to layer 3 (it always stays up). If the value is disabled, then the VLAN state change is advertised to layer 3 so that IP-related status reflects the routable interface state.
HelloInterval
The length of time, in seconds, between the hello packets that the router sends on the interface. This value must be the same for all routers attached to a common network.
RtrDeadInterval
The number of seconds that a router's hello packets have not been seen before its neighbors declare the router down. This value should be a multiple of the hello interval and the same for the virtual neighbor.
DesigRtrPriority

Metric
The metric value applied at the indicated type of service. By default, it equals the lowest metric value at the type of service among the interfaces to other areas.
AuthType
The type of authentication: 0 = none, 1 = simple password, 2 = MD5 authentication.
AuthKey
The area's authorization type as a simple password and the key, which is shorter than 8 octets. The agent will left adjust and zero fill to 8 octets.
AreaId
An OSPF area identifier.
AdvertiseWhenDown
Indicates whether or not a VLAN state change should be advertised to layer 3, provided the VLAN is configured as a routable interface. Also used for single routable ports, in which case the criteria for state is PortOperStatus. A VLAN is considered as UP if at least one member of the port-based VLAN has link up, at least one port member of the policy-based VLAN is active, or at least one static member of the policy-based VLAN has link up. Otherwise, the VLAN is considered down.
