Editing or deleting a spanning tree group

To edit a spanning tree group:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose VLAN > STG.
    2. The STG dialog box opens with the spanning tree group Configuration tab displayed.
  2. In the spanning tree group Configuration tab, select the spanning tree group that you want to change.
  3. Double-click the field that you want to edit.
    4. A cursor appears in the selected field.
  4. Type a new value in the field or select a new setting from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Apply.

To delete a spanning tree group:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose VLAN > VLANs.
    2. The VLAN dialog box opens.
  2. Click the row(s) of the VLANs to remove from the spanning tree group.
  3. Click Delete.
    4. A confirmation box appears.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. Click Close.
  6. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose VLAN > STG.
    7. The STG dialog box opens with the spanning tree group Configuration tab displayed.
  7. Click the row of the spanning tree group you want to delete.
  8. Click Delete.
    9. The selected spanning tree group is deleted.
