Creating a RIP accept policy

The next step in this procedure is to create a RIP accept policy that accepts RIP routes from gateway routers with IP addresses included in the interface router list just created. Select one or more matching criteria for the policy.

To create a RIP accept policy:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > Policy.
    2. The IP dialog box opens with the Addresses tab displayed.
  2. Click the RIP Accept Policy tab.
    3. The RIP Accept Policy tab opens.
  3. Click Insert.
    4. The Insert RIP Accept Policy dialog box opens.
