Disabling a service

To disable a service:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > Security.
    2. The Security dialog box opens with the Access Policies tab displayed.
  2. Select a policy and find the field under the Service column.
  3. Double-click and hold the Service field to display the list of services.
  4. Drag the mouse to highlight the service you want to disable and then release the mouse.
  5. Click Apply.
    6. The service no longer appears in the Service field.
