Web server security

To enhance the security of your network, disable the default state of the Web Server.

To enable the Web Server using Device Manager:

  1. From the Device Manager menu bar, select Edit > Chassis.
    2. .
    The Chassis dialog box opens with the System tab displayed.
  2. Check Enable WebServer.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Close the dialog box.
    5. The Web Server is enabled.
    To enable the Web Server using the CLI, execute the following command:
    config web-server enable
