The multicast ARP table is a new feature in Device Manager.
To open the Multicast ARP tab:

From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > IP > Multicast ARP. |
VlanId
VLAN ID of the mulitcast arp entry.
MacAddress
Mac address of the mulicast arp entry.
IpAddress
IP address of the multicast arp entry (needs to be on the same subnet as on the VLAN ID).
Ports
The forwarding ports of the multicast arp entry.
MltIds
The ID of the MLT members of the multicast arp entry.
