DiffServEcnCompatibilityEnable

Used to enable/disable the Explicit Congestion Notification(ECN) compatibility feature. When set to enable, the system will mask the ECN bits in the DS field while marking DSCP and will not match on ECN capable flows if filter is set on DSmatch. When set to disable, it will preserve the ECN bits in the DS field while marking DSCP and will match on full 8-bit DS field. The default is enable.
