The target system must have JRE v1.3.0 in order to execute Device 
Manager software. 

On windows, double click on self extracting files, jdm_5100.exe and 
j2re1_3_0-win.exe, and follow the instructions to install JRE or 
Device Manager.  

On HP-UX and IBM AIX, go to the following web sites to download the OS
patches and JRE v1.3.0 files and install them on the target system.
