EAPOL tab for a single port

The EAPOL-based security feature uses the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP), as described in the IEEE Draft P802.1X, to allow you to set up network access control on internal LANs.

To view the EAPOL tab:

1. Select the port you want to edit.
2. Do one of the following:
• Double-click on the selected port.
• From the shortcut menu (right-click), choose Edit.
• From the Device Manager main menu, choose Edit > Port.
• On the toolbar, click Edit.

The Port dialog box for a single port opens with the Interface tab displayed.

3. Click the EAPOL tab.

The EAPOL tab opens.
