Configuring VRRP globals

To configure the VRRP timer globally using Device Manager:

1. From the Device Manager window menu bar, choose IP Routing > VRRP.

The VRRP dialog box opens with the Global tab displayed.

The table below describes the items in the Global tab.

2. Click the SendTrap check box to send traps for VRRP.
3. Click the PingVirtualAddrEnable check box to enable the switch to respond to virtual IP pings.
4. Click Apply.
