Dual tab
The Dual tab only appears if you have ports with redundant connectors. The Dual tab allows you to define which of the connectors is the Primary connector.
To open the Dual tab:
- On the device view, select a port or multiple ports.
- From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > Port.

- Click the Dual tab.
The table below describes the Port Dual tab items.

PrimaryConnector
|
Indicates which connector to use as the active connector on the port the next time that the port is placed into the ifAdminStatus=up.

ActiveConnector
|
Indicates which connector is currently the active connector. Only one connector can be active at any time.

BackupConnectorStatus
|
Indicates the status of the link attached to the backup (nonactive) connector.
