By flow
By identifying a particular stream of traffic at the IP layer or at the TCP/UDP layer, it will be placed in the HighPriority queue. An unique traffic flow is identified by its source IP, destination IP, the source port, destination port, and protocol.
To identify a flow for prioritization:
- From the Device Manager menu bar, choose IP Routing > IP > Flow > Insert.

- Enter IP source and destination addresses.
- Enter port information and select a protocol. If you select IP as the protocol, port information is not required.
- Click Insert.

SrcIpAddress
|
The source IP address of an IP packet.

SrcIpPort
|
The source port of an IP packet. The default value is zero and a zero value in this field is used as a wildcard value.

DstIpAddress
|
The destination IP address of an IP packet.
|
DstIpPort
|
The destination port of an IP packet. The default value is zero and a zero value in this field is used as a wildcard value.

Protocol
|
The protocol of the traffic flow. The following protocols can be selected:
- IP (this is the default value)
- TCP
- UDP
