Global filter sets

Use the Global Set tab to build lists of global filters.

To build global filter lists:

1. Choose IP Routing > Filter > Global Set.
2. The Filter dialog box opens with the Global Set tab displayed.
3. Click Insert.
4. The Insert Global Set dialog box is displayed.



5. In the Id field, type the global list ID.
6. In the Name field, type the filter name.
7. Select filter IDs in the Insert window.
   
   

   Note: The Insert dialog box does not have any filter IDs to select from if none are created.

   
   
   
   

   Field	Description
   Id	A unique identifier (id) is automatically generated by the system when a filter is created.
   Name	The name given to the filter.
   Filterlist	Used to indicate zero or more filters that are associated with this filter list. Each filter identifier is stored as two bytes in this array, starting from offset zero. Any unused bytes must be set to zero.
   MemberPorts	Ports belonging to a filter set.
