Enable ARP for a virtual router interface

To enable ARP for a virtual router interface:

  1. Choose VLAN > VLANs.
  2. The VLAN dialog box opens.
  3. Select the VLAN, and click Insert.
  4. The IP dialog box opens.
  5. In the Arp tab, click the DoResp field to enable or disable the option.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click the DoProxy field, to enable or disable the option.
  8. Click Apply.


Field Description
DoProxy
Enable or disable ARP proxy responses on the specified interface. The default is set to disable.
DoResp
Enable or disable the sending of ARP responses on the specified interface. The default is set to enable.
