Parts of a Management Window

A Management Window opens when you choose a command on the Device Manager menu bar or a shortcut menu.

A management window provides a way to add and change MIB object information about the whole device or an object you have selected.

A Management Window has three parts as shown in the following example.

The following table describes the Management Window parts.

Part	Description
Display tabs	Separate system functionality into logical groupings.
Input text fields	Contain input text areas, toggle switches, and MIB information to be updated.
Command buttons	Control the Management Window functions.

To get a description of the MIB attributes displayed in a Management Window:

• On the Management Window, click Help.

A default Web browser opens which displays the MIB attributes.
