The conventions on the device view are different from the actual switch appearance. Module LEDs do not show as being lit, and the LEDs on power supplies and fans show green at all times.
For a full description of the LEDs for the Accelar 1000 Series modules, refer to the documentation that was shipped with the modules.
The ports on the device view are color coded to provide at-a-glance port status. The table below shows the status assigned to each color.
Color
Descriptions
Green
Port is up and operating.
Red
Port has been manually disabled.
Orange
Port has no link.
Light Blue
Port is in standby mode.
Dark Blue
Port is being tested/
In addition, the Help menu provides a legend that identifies the port colors and their meanings.
