      Intallling the Accelar Management Software (Windows NT/95/98)

Minimum System Requirements:

----------------------------



- 75 MHz Pentium or 100 MHz 486

- 16 MB DRAM

- 8 MB space on hard drive





Installation Instructions for Windows NT/95/98 Platforms:

------------------------------------------------------



1. Click the Windows Start button and select Run.  The 

   Run dialog box appears.



2. In the Open field, type E:\DM-Windows\dm_130.exe and click OK. 

   Here E: is the CDROM drive. Please change the drive ID accordingly.



3. Follow instructions appearing on the screen to complete

   installation.



4. To run the Accelar Management Software, click the Windows 

   Start button and click Programs. Select Accelar Device Manager

   from the Programs menu.



Note: This directory also contains the Accelar Management Software in 

compressed format. The file dm_130.exe contains the management software.
