WELCOME.PDF

The WELCOME.PDF file (located at the root directory of this 
CD-ROM) provides a linked, hierarchical path to the most recent 
documentation--release notes, install guides, and reference 
manuals--available for the U.S. Robotics Total Control Enterprise 
Network System (chassis, network application cards, and network 
interface cards). Clicking on the arrow will take you to the main 
menu of the Total Control library (TTLCNTRL.PDF). Browse this 
file to access the document of your choice or, for faster access to 
more specific information, use the Acrobat Search tool (binoculars 
and book button) included with the version of Acrobat Reader 
provided on this CD-ROM. Double-click on the red note for more 
details on navigating the Total Control Library. For detailed 
information on using Acrobat Reader and the Acrobat Search tool, 
select the respective help file from the Help menu in Acrobat Reader.

Installation
===================

To view the PDF files on this CD-ROM, you must first install the Adobe 
Acrobat Reader, found in the folder or directory called "INSTALL" at the 
root level of the CD. 

Windows Users:
- To install Acrobat Reader 2.1 on your hard drive, from the Windows 
  Program Manager, choose Run from the File menu; type 
  [cd-drive]:\install\win\disk1\setup.exe 
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
- Installation requires approximately 3 MB of free hard disk space. 
- For more detailed information, installation instructions, and known 
  issues please see the ReadMe file located at: 
  [CD-DRIVE]:\INSTALL\WIN\README.TXT
- For the license agreement please see the ReadMe file located at: 
  [CD-DRIVE]:\INSTALL\WIN\LICENSE.TXT

SunOS, Solaris, and HP-UX Users:
